We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Manager to lead our communications strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages our agents and builds brand recognition for our exclusive projects.
Your main duties will also include creating informative content, email campaigns, articles and social media posts to share our company’s brand, projects, and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant design, presentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Create informative and interesting emails, social media posts, newsletters, and related marketing materials.

Develop and implement effective communication and marketing strategies that build product awareness and drive traffic to our projects from the local agent network on the Costa del Sol.

Prepare detailed marketing activity reports.

Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.

Work with our team to generate new ideas and strategies.

Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
Requirements:

Expert level in MailChimp, Facebook Ads, Photoshop (or other).

Spoken and written English and Spanish.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
